( a laboratoires structure studio — montréal / en français, d’abord )

Drawn to be built.

You bring a vision with real users and real stakes. We take it from blueprint to built — product, delivery, software — owned end to end and priced on the outcome, in English or in French.

( 01 ) — the point

Everyone sells you hours. Hours are how a vision dies politely — billed weekly, shipped never. So we sell the other thing: the outcome. Scoped at Discovery, built by owners, handed over finished.

( 02 ) — the studio

Structure isn’t our name.
It’s the promise.

Atelier Structure. Founded and led by Ashfaaq Kazi.
Senior hands only — nobody learns on your dime.

Our founder spent seven years running product inside Canadian healthcare — a platform serving more than 300,000 members, where every release ships under PIPEDA, PHIPA and Law 25, and “close enough” is a finding, not a grade.

That’s the school this studio comes from. Not the agency school of decks and demos — the operator school, where you own a number, a roadmap, and every consequence in between.

So we run your build the way owners run their own: one senior team from Discovery to Run, an estimate you can hold us to, and privacy engineered in from the first commit — because we’ve paid the price of retrofitting it.

Measure twice. Bill once.

In English or in French. Scoped, priced, and entirely yours.

( 03 ) — the method

One line, three moves.

Every engagement walks the same line, in the same order. Discovery is the front door — nobody skips it, including us.

01.

Discovery

A fixed-price, fixed-length first engagement. We map the product, the risks and the architecture, then hand you a build plan you own outright. Worst case: you keep the blueprint and never see us again.

02.

Build

A senior team turns the blueprint into working software, in weekly increments you can actually use, against the estimate we signed. Change is versioned, priced and agreed — never smuggled into an invoice.

03.

Run

We stay past launch — operating, measuring, improving. Or we hand it to your team with documentation that doesn’t need us in the room. Both count as wins. You pick.

( 04 ) — the work

Three trades, one team.

Scoped at Discovery, priced on the outcome — you hear the number before anything gets built. Open a row.

( 05 ) — the receipts

Drag through the record.

( drag throw )
( product )
300K+

Members on the healthcare platform our founder ran as senior product owner. Seven years of releases, audits and uptime.

“We sat on the client side of agency invoices for years. That’s why this studio prices outcomes.”

( privacy )
Law 25

Operated, not recited — privacy and compliance programs run inside Canadian healthcare. PIPEDA and PHIPA included.

“The estimate is the promise. If we get it wrong, that’s our invoice to eat.”

house rule № 01

( delivery )
0

Surprise invoices, ever. Change is versioned, priced and agreed — before it’s built, not after it’s billed.

2 languages

Every deliverable ships first-class in English and French. Written twice — translated never.

( the founder’s record, stated plainly — the studio inherits the discipline, and the burden of proof )

( 06 ) — laboratoires structure

Still in blueprint.

Atelier Structure is the studio. Laboratoires Structure is the bench behind it — where new capability gets built, broken and proven on ourselves, long before it carries a client’s name.

( ls·01 )

Security engineering

Offensive and defensive practice maturing in-house, alongside a BEng in cybersecurity at Concordia. It ships when the credential does — not a day sooner.

[ in research — not for sale ]
( ls·02 )

Privacy tooling

Law 25 compliance automation, drawn from years of operating the real thing at enterprise scale.

[ in prototype ]
( ls·03 )

Delivery instruments

The studio’s own estimation and hand-over tooling, dogfooded on every engagement before it earns a name.

[ in use — in-house ]
( ls·04 )

Sextant

A brand-name strength engine: it scores a business’s name against the search demand of its actual market — demand capture, rankability, pronounceability, legal risk — then ranks what a stronger name would look like. Engagement #1 runs live in the instrument.

Nothing on this bench is for sale. When something proves out, it moves upstairs.

( 07 ) — who it’s for

For the ones actually building.

Founders and operators with a live product, real users, and a number that has to move. If that’s you, the door is already open.

( you have )A product in production, users who depend on it, and a roadmap that outgrew the spreadsheet
( you need )Senior ownership that ships — not another layer of meetings
( you are )In Montréal, in Toronto, anywhere — the studio works worldwide from Canada

( 08 ) — your move

Bring us the vision.

Discovery is the front door: fixed price, fixed length, and a blueprint you keep either way. The worst thing you can leave with is a plan.
